This drawing is of graphite pencils.
It is an old lantern, I picked this one to
draw because it had a lot of detail.

This is a side view of the same lantern,
same medium but a different perspective.

This is my final drawing of the lanterns, this
time with oil pastels.

This is an oil pastel of a green apple still life.
I picked an apple to draw because it
shows shades of green and yellow coming together,
yet being somewhat simple but a challenge to combine them.

This is a graphite pencil drawing of a green wine
bottle. Anything made of glass and somewhat
clear is somewhat difficult for me to draw,
so that's why I picked a bottle, to show values of light.

This is an oil pastel drawing of the same green
wine bottle. I used shades of green and browns
to get the color I wanted.

This is the final bottle drawing, done completely
with markers. I have little experience using markers
in my drawings because they are hard for me to use
and make the drawing have good detail, but I'm
glad how this one turned out.

For the last object I drew, I decided to do
something with a little more texture, perhaps
something with hair, like this stuffed bear. I
drew this with a black marker and left it plain to
show off the texture.

This is my final drawing, the same stuffed bear.
The medium is chalk like colored pencils, and
I drew it in a different perspective. This was
more of a challenge because I had to get the
colored pencils to look like hair.
